All products sold by Elite Digital Pass are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are generally final.
✅ Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase if:

✔️ You did not receive your digital product due to a technical issue on our end.
✔️ The product is defective, inaccessible, or not functioning as described, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

✖️ Accidental purchases.
✖️ Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
✖️ Incompatibility with your device or software when requirements were clearly stated.
✖️ Products that have already been downloaded, accessed, activated, or used.
